By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
All orders are subject to availability. Prices listed in the app are in Tunisian Dinar (DT) and include relevant taxes. You agree to pay for all orders placed through your account via Cash on Delivery or other available payment methods.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users or restaurants), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TakTak Delivery and its licensors.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services (e.g., Google Maps) that are not owned or controlled by TakTak Delivery.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
